As the founder and lead provider of Absolute MHC Solutions, I bring years of experience in both direct clinical care and mental healthcare. I’m passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and supported because I know that healing begins with human connection.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I take time to listen, evaluate, and collaborate on treatment goals that truly reflect who you are and where you want to be.

I have a diverse clinical background, which drives my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care. My experience spans emergency psychiatric care in Washington, DC, acute and correctional behavioral care, geriatric mental health care, and youth & children residential programs throughout the DMV metropolitan area. These experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and forward-thinking provider, equipped to deliver person-centered care across the lifespan with a strong commitment to excellence, equity, and innovation.
